Judicial Authority
The user is subject to all laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The courts of the city of Riyadh, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and resolve any disputes that may arise in connection with these Terms and Conditions.

- The user aknowledge that the Company’s Website has the right to handle and use the provided data according to the Company’s Privacy Policy.
- The users aknowledge the right of the Company to disclose information or report any act prohibited by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to relevent authorities.
- The user aknowledge that the Company’s Website will not be responsible of user’s abuse of other’s owned or licensed IP rights in which occurredd on the Company’s Website or related social channels.
- The user acknowledges that the Company may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance the user experience and analyze site usage.
General Provisions
- The Company shall not be liable for any expenses, losses, costs, compensation, or claims arising in any way whatsoever, general, special, or even incidental, or caused by any action related to the use of the Company’s Website or the information contained therein.
